A note about the 48,000 miles on the car:

The speedometer/odometer was replaced at 25,354 miles in 1993. This is a fairly common occurrence on these cars. There is a Porsche dealer stamp in the maintenance book documenting the replacement at 25,354 miles and the Carfax also documents the replacement at this mileage. The original speedometer/odometer also comes with the car. Porsche dealer service stamps from 1986 to 1996 show the mileage progression and support that the speedometer/odometer was replaced when it stopped working and not months or years later.
